  • Yes, the application is free. You can listen to music for free without time limits
  • How do I recover my password if I forgot it?
  • You forgot your password? Don't panic, click hereto recover it
  • Can I use my Facebook/Google account to log in to MUSICALEE?
  • Yes absolutely, subject to acceptance by Google and Facebook

2. Functionalities and Use of the Platform

  • How to search for songs, artists or albums on MUSICALEE?
  • You can access the categories and search for the artist or album of your choice. You can also use the search bar and enter the name of the artist, song or album of your choice
  • How to create a personalized playlist on MUSICALEE?
  • To create a playlist, you have two options :
  • 1) You click on the “Playlist” button and you can create one or more by simply adding the name of the playlist
  • 2) While you are listening to a song, you can decide to add this song to a playlist, you will then be asked to create one by simply adding the name of your choice and the playlist will be created

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Is there a premium subscription on MUSICALEE?
  • No, we do not offer a premium subscription on Musicalee
  • What are the advantages of a “Zero advertising” subscription on MUSICALEE?
  • This subscription has advantages for you and for the artists because it allows you to listen to music without being disturbed by advertising. But it allows Musicalee to best promote artists in order to help them make themselves known
  • What payment methods do you accept on MUSICALEE?
  • We accept different types of payment: by bank card, by mobile money, by wallet (when you decide to recharge your wallet) and by Western Union for people who cannot access the aforementioned payment methods.
  • How can I cancel my “Zero advertising” subscription on MUSICALEE?
  • Simply access your account and cancel your “Zero Ads” subscription
  • As an artist, how can I pay for the services you propose?
  • You can pay with a bank card, by bank transfer (via your bank, Paypal or Wise), with mobile money solutions (if eligible in your country), with the wallet that you recharge or with traditional money transfer solutions. money (the costs will however be your responsibility)
  • As an artist, how will I receive my money
  • We can pay you by bank transfer (via our bank, paypal, wise), with mobile money solutions (if eligible in your country), with the wallet that you will recharge or with traditional money transfer solutions (fees will however be at your expense).
  • Finally, know that we will pay you after verifying your identity and your names must match those used on the platform.

4. Privacy and Security

  • Does MUSICALEE protect my privacy and personal data?
  • Yes, totally! Musicalee protects the personal data of each user of the platform
  • What security measures are in place to protect my songs on MUSICALEE?
  • We use sufficiently powerful and secure development technologies that help prevent your songs from being fraudulently uploaded to Musicalee
  • Is my personal data shared with third parties on MUSICALEE?
  • Musicalee undertakes not to share your personal data except with service providers who aim to help us deliver the best services for you, our users.
  • How can I report inappropriate content or abusive behavior on MUSICALEE?
  • To report inappropriate or abusive content, simply click on the “Report” button and our teams will analyze your request and make the necessary decisions.

5. Technical Problems

  • Why can't I log in to my MUSICALEE account?
  • If you are unable to connect to Musicalee, please click here or on the “Contact” tab to send us the screenshot or video file that shows the problem. One of our agents will take over and contact you as soon as possible
  • What to do if the music does not load correctly on MUSICALEE?
  • If the music is not loading correctly, there may be an internet connection problem. Make sure you have a sufficient connection to load your songs. If the problem persists, please click here (link to the contact page) or on the “Contact” tab to send us the screenshot or video file which shows the problem. One of our agents will take over and contact you as soon as possible
  • Why does my MUSICALEE app crash or freeze?
  • If Musicalee crashes or freezes, it may be an internet connection problem. Check that you have a sufficient connection. If the problem persists, contact us here (link to contact page)

6. Other Questions

  • Is MUSICALEE available in all countries?
  • Musicalee can be used in web version (from February 2024) and mobile version (March 2024) from any country in the world. You just need to have a sufficient internet connection to benefit from the advantages of Musicalee
  • Can I use MUSICALEE on multiple devices at the same time?
  • Yes it is possible to use Musicalee on several devices at the same time
  • How can I contact MUSICALEE customer service to ask questions or report problems?
  • You can contact Musicalee customer service via the Contact tab or via whatsapp
  • Does MUSICALEE offer any special offers or promotions for its users?
